We offer free shipping on orders over US$70.

Orders under US$70, shipping rates are as follows.

Shipping cost is charged according to order value. ( The more you order, the heavier the package will be. )

Value less than $29.99: Shipping Cost $9.99

Value$30–$69.99: Shipping Cost $16.99

Free shipping on orders over $70:We highly recommend you buy more than $70 so you can save more.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Total time = Processing time + Shipping time. 

  • Customization time: 1-3 working days
  • Delivery time: 6-10 working days

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1 business day of processing time and 6-10 business days of shipping time ( Standard Shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 7-13 business days.

Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

About Order Status

Once your order is placed, we will update you on your order status by email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
You can take a look at our Track Order page to see what your shipping status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Order Confirmation-Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

Shipping Confirmation-Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 48 hours to update the status of the shipment,sometimes will be longer and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

About Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information which we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer needs to contact the local logistics company by themselves. Please contact the logistics company and use the transfer order number to contact the local logistics company.
  • If the delivery address is correct, we will deliver the package strictly according to the address you provided, so it is not the result of our operational error. The package should be lost or mixed with other packages during the delivery process. Please contact the local post office for compensation.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping fee is calculated based on the payment value after discounts (if applicable).

If the goods cannot be delivered to you because of the local logistics company, please contact the local post office for search or claim in time.
